The mission of Len Wood Middle School is to provide quality middle level education
to all students in an inviting, safe, and supportive environment.
We emphasize curriculum that is challenging, integrative, and exploratory.
We provide multiple learning and teaching approaches that respond to our student’s diversity.
The school’s program will address all aspects of human development and pay particular attention to the unique physical, cognitive-intellectual, moral, psychological, and social-emotional development of young adolescents.
